We use Sendle and AusPost to ship all our (Zorganique) products. Sometimes, our partner products may be shipped via another reliable courier service. 

All Zorganique products

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Holidays and postal peak seasons may add 2-3 days more to this timeline.

All Partner products

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Partner products may be shipped directly to you as a separate order, as they originate from a different warehouse. 

Holidays and postal peak seasons may add 2-3 days more to this timeline.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ZORGANIQUE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at stayunique@zorganique.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We can, however, ship to parcel lockers or parcel collection desks.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at stayunique@zorganique.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
